Windows XP Start Up in 10 seconds

Step-1 GO to Start Manu and Click Run…

Step-2 Inside Run Command box, Type “ regedit”...

Step-3 Registry Editor will appear as below...

Step-4 Go to the path...

 HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\StartupDelay

Step-5 Double Click on “StartupDelay” and Value data change to “40000”.

You are almost there..reboot your PC.Done!
